This year, funds raised through Give Me Five will support books, artwork, sensory and distractive therapy resources and welcoming spaces that help reduce fear, stress and anxiety for young patients and their loved ones.

These small but powerful comforts create moments of calm, dignity and hope, helping children feel safe, supported and cared for beyond their clinical treatment.

Mix 106.3’s BOWL-O-RAMA

On Friday, June 26th, Mix 106.3’s BOWL-O-RAMA will commence!

Starting from 10 AM, we’ll be throwing Canberra’s biggest bowling party at Kingpin, as we raise funds for Give Me Five!

Broadcasting until 6 PM, we’ll be joined by a whole cast of special guests and Canberra celebrities who will come on down and join in the fun, all for a good cause.

Bring down your workmates, classmates, mums' group and more to join in the fun, and have a bowl for yourself by donating $5 to play 5 frames! Plus, we’ll be showing the Socceroos’ final game of the group stage against Paraguay from 12 pm!
